If you are an avid M&S blog reader, then you will know that Wednesday’s aren’t our typical blogging day. So today’s blog is EXTRA special … it’s Sara’s 26th birthday!! By clicking on this post you might have already guessed that, but today we are doing something a little different. Well today, I (Michelle), am doing something a little different by writing a letter to Sara on the blog. With happy tears already shedding, let’s begin…
Dear Darling Daughter, it’s your 26th birthday! Where has the time gone? I still remember you and all of your excitement to have your birthday party at Chunk E Cheese’s! What a joy it has been and continues for me to be your mother all these years. There are so many wonderful things I love about you, but the one the thing I love the most is your heart. You are such a gentle wise ol’ soul. Your compassion, love for the Lord and your kindness are shown through your actions and deeds.
In this latest season of your life, I have seen you become a wife when you married Jake, step into your artistry as a photographer, become more involved in your church and become a role model as you and Jake have worked with the youth group. It is so sweet to see the young ladies all gather around you and look up to you. You encourage others and radiate warmth and sunshine where ever you go!
We have had so many wonderful travel adventures this past year to Georgia, South Carolina and soon we will be on our trip together to California! How I look forward to us spending time at Universal Studios, Santa Monica Pier, and oh our favorite Portillos!
As your mother, I am so proud of you! As your business partner I am in awe of you! I am so thankful you are my best friend and that God choose me to be your mama. So baby bear, go enjoy your day and may God bless you today, tomorrow and always.
