White Board Layout
This is a board that hangs on our wall that tells us ALL about our couples. Where they are at in the booking process, photographing timeline, and anything else we need to know! While we talk about our workflow sheet down below, this white board is great for getting overall glimpses into our year! We purchased the template from Design Aglow!
PASS
PHOTOGRAPHERS, this is for you!!! PASS is how we delivery our engagement/bridal sessions and wedding day galleries to our clients! We love PASS! It’s quick, easy to add into an already existing workflow, and perfect for on-the-go clients! If you wish to check it out, click HERE!
Powersheets
M & I have been using Powersheets for several years now and every year they are worth the investment. It helps us keep on track with accomplishing our big goals! Mile IQ
It was early last year that we talked all about the benefits of Mile IQ and we want to shout it out again! Simply, Mile IQ is a mileage tracker that you assign to certain categories to help you later with taxes! You can check out that blog post HERE!
Planoly
Like everything else, we feel that we have mentioned our love for Planoly before! However, we are here to spread the word that we love Planoly!! Instagram planning/content planning can be very difficult at times. We’ve tried other planners, both free and paid, but Planoly has topped them all. We have the yearly subscription and we won’t stop it anytime soon!
Spotify
This honestly might seem like a very odd thing to add to a post talking all about business products, BUT it is our favorite product to have while working on business! A lot of you have been asking for a Spotify playlist from us so here it is, our favorite playlist!
Stock Photographers
As photographers, creating stock photographs are very simple for us! However, for a lot of creatives, it is difficult to create or purchase stock photographs. We wanted to share with you a few of our favorite go-to stock photographers!
Workflow Sheet
We’ve created our own workflow sheet, from scratch, for every single wedding we have! It goes through our entire process from inquiry to closing their file! This paper copy of double/triple checking (along with the white board) is great to keep us up to date and moving forward as quickly as possible for client satisfaction!
