Emily and Jacob’s engagement session at the Greensboro Arboretum and Downtown Greensboro was one session that we just could not wait to photograph! The weather peaked a little bit hotter than we normally have for September, 90 degrees, but they didn’t worry once! They handled our crazy weather with grace!
We first met Jacob and Emily at Panera’s when they were searching for a wedding photographer and we instantly fell in love with them! They have such loving, warm, and happy personalities! We just all instantly clicked. Emily is currently attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to get her Masters in public health. Jacob works for Duke at an orthopedic clinic in Durham. Emily will complete her masters by May of next year and we know she is going to ace it!
Emily truly wanted to incorporate their love of travel into their engagement session as they both have traveled to New Zealand! The beautiful globe, passports, and atlas in hand added such a unique element that we loved. It fit perfectly in their first location at the Greensboro Arboretum!
Now if New Zealand wasn’t having you sit on the edge of your seat, the next stamp might just be Spain! Sara told them that if their bag was a little bit heavier that she wasn’t hiding in there at all. 😉
They are planning for a gorgeous fall wedding at the Sedgefield Country Club next October. It is going to be so dreamy, but you know what else is dreamy? Their engagement session! We are so excited to bring you just a little sneak peak of Emily and Jacob’s gorgeous Greensboro Arboretum and Downtown Greensboro engagement session!
