The Holiday’s tend to be one of our favorite times of the year! There is just so much joy, happiness, and cheer all around that we can’t help it! When it comes to the last few blog posts of the year, we knew that one had to be talking about the Holidays in a personal way. We’ve posted Holiday Preparation Tips and some of our Thanksgiving Holiday Traditions, but we wanted to share something a little different on this post.
Today, we’re going to be sharing just a few of our favorite personal Holiday products that we’re currently loving!
GROVE:
SCENTED CLEANERS: MRS. MEYERS PEPPERMINT, PINE & ORANGE CLOVE
In typical personal post fashion, we’re going to share about our obsession and love for Grove.co. We’ve been members for almost a year now and we don’t regret it ever! For each season, Grove releases new scents that perfectly pair with the time! For the Christmas season, they offer peppermint, Iowa pine, and orange clove! Let us just say, they all smell LOVELY.
SCENTED CANDLES: MRS. MEYERS APPLE CIDER, ORANGE CLOVE, AND POMEGRANATE AND RED CURRANT
We believe that candles are amazing, but Christmas candles?! THE BEST.
WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL
We seriously don’t know what we would do without these! In our homes, we use these wireless remotes to help instantly make the house light up with Christmas lights! They are also the best when you have to leave in a rush, you click a few buttons and feel rest assured that the lights are off!
THE COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS, HALLMARK APP
We know that this is probably the CHEESIEST thing to put on the list, but if you love watching Hallmark during the Holiday’s then you’re going to want this! If you don’t know what it is, the Hallmark app is showcasing all of the current Christmas movies they offer, release date/times, and previews of the movies! You can also create an account and add the movies you are interested in your watchlist – super helpful!
SHOPPING LOCAL/SMALL
This is probably something that we don’t do enough throughout the year, but we really should! While Target does have the cutest things (Heart and Hand Collection, anyone??), we should try to be more conscious about shopping small/local. When shopping for our Christmas tree, we go to a local tree farm! Shopping for Christmas presents should be done at/in small businesses! It feels really good to not only to purchase local (higher quality, Y’all!), but to know you’re helping out a family directly. You can visibly see the impact of your purchase and it’s just so so good!
