A Romantic Spring Time St. Mark’s Church Wedding in Burlington, NC

I love those wedding seasons that start off with just one or two weddings sprinkled into the beginning of each year! It is a wonderful way to just get back into the flow of everything and not just straight into wedding after wedding! Oh gentlemen and ladies, Andrea and Scott’s wedding was the perfect and most peaceful wedding every bride dreams about! Andrea and Scott are just the most adorable, precious, and amazing couple!

This wedding was just filled with SO much love that it brought tears to our eyes! Scott and Andrea really added small touches of details that meant the world to both of them. Andrea honored her sister (who is no longer here with us) by wearing a bracelet on her wrist with her sisters initial on it! They both adored the color purple and had photographs of the two when they were younger. That is why they wanted purple and orange had to be a part of their day! Andrea loves purple, Scott loves orange, they were the same colors Andrea’s sister used in her wedding! Day dreaming as young girls, they talked about the men they would marry, someone famous *of course*, and the song they would each dance with their dad. On their wedding day, Andrea kept that childhood promise as she danced to the song she told her sister she wanted, butterfly kisses. It was such a touching moment!

Bridal details were waiting for us with the ladies just finishing up final touches at Saint Mark’s Church in Burlington! Andrea got ready in the bridal room filled with gorgeous window light, her lovely ladies, and in the most stunning wedding dress! The ceremony was held in the old chapel with their large gathering of family and friends! The bridesmaids wore a beautiful, full length, light lavender dresses that popped the orange accents in the flowers! Andrea held gorgeous white hydrangeas flowers with pops of purple! Scott added the hysterical expressions, pops of orange from his tux, and the romantic touch! They ROCKED their entire couple session with soft elegant photographs and genuine laughter!

Scott & Andrea, you two just make our jobs feel like an amazing privilege!! We cannot thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts for letting us be a part of your fun, amazing, and lovable wedding! We hope you enjoy these photographs for many years to come!!
