A Lavish Black Tie Burke Manor Inn Wedding | Gibsonville Wedding Photographer
Jeri and Jason became husband and wife, celebrating this new start to life together at the Burke Manor Inn on Saturday! They were surrounded by dear family and friends as Hurricane Matthew began to hit North Carolina. Rain nor anything else was going to cover up the joy of this beautiful day!
As Jeri finished putting on her dress, tears started to well up as she looked around the room. Those dear ladies in her life were surrounding her during the greatest day of her life. Her mother, reached for her hand, and gave it a gentle squeeze. They looked at each other and rested their foreheads on each other. Embracing and cherishing all these little tiny moments of the day. Before these moments rush by her in a blur, she pauses to soak in every laugh and every tear of joy.
Jeri’s father and brothers began to sing to Jeri as she was having her before ceremony photographs done! The song they were singing? The beautiful song everyone adores, “My Girl.” As they began to sing the chorus, Jeri and her girls started to sing and dance along! Jeri couldn’t help but smile with happy tears as she sang along!
As the ceremony began, Jeri’s father and uncles sang a song dedicated to Jeri and Jason. Their voices filled the tent while the bride and groom lit their unity candle. It was such a sweet and tender moment to witness. The minister said to Jason, “You may kiss your bride!” As cheers where surrounding Jason and Jeri, they kissed their first as husband and wife!
We whisked them away to a beautiful spot right on the veranda for their couple session! We almost felt as if we were transported to another place, it was so beautiful! As you watch Jason hold Jeri in his arms, his face lights up with pure love for his bride. Jeri’s smile grew bigger and brighter as Jason kissed her on the cheek. Oh, the rain couldn’t stop the sunshine radiating off this most genuine and beautiful couple!
Words cannot even begin to express the love Jeri and Jason felt for one another! These are so many little moments that Sara and I loved about this wedding! Cheers to Jeri & Jason, enjoy just a glimpse into our favorite photographs from your wedding day!!
