“Good Night Star, Good Night Air, Good Night Noises Everywhere” Moon Good Night by Margaret Wise Brown

Normally, photographing weddings is all what we do, but life is filled with beautiful moments and we love to just capture a day of it!! So when a past bride calls you up and won’t allow anyone else to take her maternity pictures, I couldn’t say no!! What a lovely time it was to catch up with our former bride and groom Dana and Joel.  It was just a little over four years ago, on a sunny hot day in August that Joel and Dana were married at Pine Lake Pavilion. So it was beyond joyous when Dana contacted me. Now besides the beautiful bundle of joy that is coming their way shortly, is there adorable Dalmatian named Halli  (perfect for a fire fighting family) who just steals your heart!  It was so much fun capturing her personality in some of the maternity pictures.  Another wonderful moment came when were were allowed to go back to the grounds that once were Pine Lake Pavilion to do their outdoor images!!

Thank you Joel and Dana, it has been such an honor to photograph so many wonderful moments in your life, from your engagement, bridal to wedding, and now to capturing your first pregnancy. Wishing you both much love, joy and happiness!
