WEDDING WEEK RELAXATION

Relax, you’re getting married!!

Your wedding day is just about a week away…and you have tons of things to tend to! The final details of everything from timelines to last minute makeup changes! Being two brides ourselves, we understand that roller coaster of emotion that you are feel at this very moment!! The joy, the happiness, the excitement, but there is a tiny bit of stress mixed in there. You have so many things you are thinking about and you just don’t feel like you have a moment to breath.  We want to share a secret with you that not everyone else has…you do have time to rest! You just have to plan out that time before hand and make sure you stick to it! Brides, and grooms, you all deserve a relaxing week!

On this chilly Thursday, we wanted to share with you some of our brightest tips that we learned to help you relax the week before your wedding day!!

The Most Important Thing Is Rest! Sleeping well and drinking lots of water is always a benefit to you the week before your wedding! This is probably the most important tip ever, drink-drink-drink!

Worrying Won’t Get You Anywhere! Of course everyone says this, but it is true! You have prepared things for months up to this point, enjoy the next week with all the good things to come…it will go by so fast!!

Put Your Faith In Your Vendors! You have found your perfect vendors to be a part of your celebration..it is time to put your faith into those you have hired! Don’t worry, they got it. 🙂

State Exactly What You Need!  A lot of the times it is hard for us to put into words what we need, sometimes telling someone what you need or desire is the best thing! It will help you relax and have others help you relax, which might be fun to be pampered!

It Is Okay To Walk Away!  It is okay to walk away from those difficult things that were bothering you or that you cannot fix at that moment. Walking away will help you let go of everything. At the end of the week, you will be married and the wedding will be gorgeous!!

Taking A Morning Stroll! Most of the time we think working out the week of the wedding is a no-no, but thankfully it isn’t about working those muscles, it is about the movement. Walking relieves a lot of stress and tension in the body…so feeling tense, take a morning walk by yourself, with a puppy, or a dear friend! You’ll feel refreshed!

Sara said this, “It is truly important to take a moment to relax, probably every day the week leading up to your wedding. It helps you see what you truly need to do, what you need to let go, and see that you just truly need to enjoy this process. At the end, everyone is there to celebrate the both of you and in the end, it will be perfect!”
