This engagement session has been one that we’ve been so excited about!! Why?? Because after knowing Celina for so many years, I felt so blessed that she wanted us to photograph her and Brett in this new season of life together! (seriously, so blessed + thankful!) After Celina emailed us the exciting “I’m engaged!” email, we immediately started planning out where they would love to have their session. The beach, where their wedding will be, is something they both truly loved and wanted to incorporate into their session. So after a few date changes and a lot of planning later, we set the date for Fort Fisher Historic area with Kure beach to end the session!
12 hours before their session the forecast stated that there was a 70 percent chance of thunderstorms happening, but as we slept the rain went away with full sunshine coming to greet us in the morning!! Thank goodness our couples trust us when we say “let’s see how it is in the morning + text you” and we send a message at 6:45am going “Yay, no rain!!! Let’s go!!”
